The Bennett Group’s mission is to provide renters, investors, and homeowners the best possible service and experience. Through our wide-ranging experience in real estate investing, construction management, and consulting, it is our goal to help others through the buying, renovating, and renting process.
In addition to this the Bennett Group also provides coaching services to aspiring investors who are looking to establish or grow their own rental portfolios. Coaching strives to help clients make smart, responsible, and informed decisions.
Andrew (Drew) T. Bennett is a small business owner, investor, and real estate professional who is committed to making his community a better place to live and work. As a Westbury, New York native, Andrew moved to Greenville, North Carolina in 2007 to pursue graduate studies at East Carolina University. Upon completion of his doctorate degree in Coastal Resources Management, he co-founded Bennett Properties, LLC, a company that focuses on providing affordable and safe off-campus housing accommodations for college students and professionals.
He went on to develop A.T. Bennett Construction to assist others with renovations and custom builds. As a North Carolina licensed real estate agent and broker with Haystack Realty Group, Andrew specializes in helping buyers interested in investment properties and first-time home buyers. He lives in Greenville with his wife and daughter as well as their two rescue dogs.
