We will schedule a 15 minute call to get to know each other a bit. I will ask about your goals with real estate investing, current work situation, investment funds, and any other relevant questions to the process. This call is important as it is a feeler to see if I am a right fit for your goals and helping you achieve them.
If you decide that I am a good fit for you, we will sign a Coaching Agreement. This puts our relationship in writing, and codifies what is and isn’t expected of both parties.
As your coach, I provide coaching calls/check-ins, access to my documents and spreadsheets for selecting properties, tracking property progress, and other useful resources to help maximize your success.
