Construction agreement
The scope of the project and budget are agreed upon and contract is signed.
Actual Construction
Deliverables within the construction agreement are undertaken and completed.
Project Closeout
The project is completed and reviewed for acceptance by the client.

Bennett Construction completed a beautiful half bath and laundry room remodel for us. He did great work on matching colors and building a custom vanity for the bathroom. He also removed a pocket door and built-in ironing board and you can not tell they were ever present! He custom made a barn door to fit the new theme and it is perfect. We will be using him again for future home improvement projects.
